Update: Order Deliveries & Shipment Impacted Due to COVID-19 Guidelines & Lockdown in Several States & Union Territories

As the nation is facing the second wave of COVID-19. We at Home BAEsic want to once again wish & pray for all of humanity. May god bless us all with the strength to overcome this pandemic together and emerge stronger than ever. 

Since we all are aware that our nation and various parts of it are observing various types of regulatory partial and full lockdown to handle the wide spread of COVID-19. We are doing our part by following the guidelines to ensure a healthy and safe environment for everyone. These mandatory steps will help us all break the chain and contain if not stop the spread of COVID-19. 

We are also working closely with our delivery partner/s to ensure that all the orders placed on our website online or offline are processed in the due time frame. However considering the current circumstances, following a standard timeline to process and delivery of order is not possible. And so we are now manually monitoring the situation to ensure that all the orders are processed & shipping in accordance to the state/region laws currently prevailing.  All necessary steps are taken to ensure the safety and hygiene to ensure that all the orders are sanitized and shipping safely.

Since the surge in number of cases of COVID-19 cases across India, many actions are taken by state and center governments. Strict night curfew, weekend lockdown, partial or full lockdown has been implemented. This has impacted our delivery of order and general timelines are not applicable for any standard delivery prepaid or postpaid.

Please note that any present or future orders will be processed in accordance with state or region COVID-19 guidelines. In case, if the state or region is allowed only for essential items, we will be unable to process the non-essentials items unless the COVID-19 guidelines are updated for the particular region. 1. All pending Prepaid or COD orders will be processed first, according to the date of order received or delivery guidelines for the order pincode.
2. Standard order process & delivery time is not applicable under current situation.
3. Delivery & Reverse pickups will be affected because of multiple restrictions in different states.
